In 2025 the Office of the Legal Costs Adjudicators received 905 new cases to determine costs where they have not been agreed between the parties. The Adjudicators finalised 826 cases.
153 cases were dealt with a determination following a hearing, with €17,102,164 million costs determined by the adjudicators, with a deduction of €6.7 million in costs.
- The office facilitated 170 sittings of the Adjudicators with a 7-week waiting time from filing to hearing.
